  • To ensure a smooth and transparent booking process for your sacred journey, please review our payment policy:
  • 1. Initial Booking Confirmation (50%)
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% per person is required to secure your booking, covering flight reservations and visa processing.
  • 2. Hotel Reservation (30%)
  • Before confirming your hotel accommodations, 30% of the remaining balance must be settled.
  • This ensures priority room allocation at your selected **4*/5* Makkah & 3* Madinah hotels
  • 3. Final Payment (20%)
  • The remaining 20% balance must be paid in full after receiving your:

  • Umrah visa & insurance
  • Hotel confirmation voucher

♦ Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

  • 1. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
  • All bookings and payments made towards your Umrah package are final and non-refundable.
  • No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, including voluntary cancellations.
  • 2. Immigration & Travel Restrictions
  • In case of visa rejection, immigration denial, or COVID-related travel bans, no refunds will be issued.
  • We highly recommend verifying all entry requirements and health protocols before booking.
  • 3. Airline Policies Apply
  • Flight cancellations or changes are subject to the airline’s terms & conditions.
  • Any cancellation fees, penalties, or fare differences imposed by the airline will be the traveler’s responsibility.
  • For tickets booked through us, contact our team to process refunds (if applicable per airline policy).
  • 4. No Refunds for Unused Services
  • Early departures, no-shows, or unused hotel stays, meals, or transportation do not qualify for refunds.
  • No compensation will be provided for missed services due to personal delays or itinerary changes.
  • 5. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events
  • Natural disasters, political unrest, or any unforeseen disruptions do not warrant refunds.
  • We will, however, assist in rescheduling or alternative arrangements where possible.

  • Any changes in airfare and visa fees must be paid prior to departure
  • No child fare is applicable on low cost/budget airlines
  • In this package room services are not included, but room services in hotels are totally dependent on the hotel.
  • Riaz ul Jannah permission is not included in the package. Because the Saudi government has launched an app called NUSUK, thats why you can personally take Riaz ul Jannah permission by installing that app on your mobile.
